OFSYRA Invoice · Updated 16 October 2026
This supplements OFSYRA Invoice's Privacy Policy for the optional Apple ad measurement feature. It applies only in versions from 1.0.7 that offer this feature and only if you choose to allow it. Earlier versions do not include this integration.
OFSYRA LTD asks separately before collecting this measurement. You can decline and continue using invoicing and Pro. In the app, Settings → Apple Ad Measurement lets you change your choice. This is separate from your device's permission for Meta tracking.
The app requests an Apple AdServices attribution token and sends it to OFSYRA's dedicated measurement service. The service exchanges it with Apple for ad-source information: campaign, ad group, keyword when available, placement, new download or redownload, click or impression claim, and the interaction time when Apple supplies one. A random installation reference and random purchase-linking reference connect the source to a later purchase; they are not your Sign in with Apple identity or advertising identifier.
If you make an eligible first paid Pro purchase, the app sends Apple's signed subscription transaction record for verification. This can contain product, price, currency, dates, transaction references, storefront and the random linking reference. The service checks Apple's signature, the OFSYRA product and the production environment before counting a purchase. The report retains the source, purchase date, gross price/currency and a keyed hash of the original transaction reference to prevent duplicates. It does not retain the raw signed transaction or raw attribution token.
There are no invoice contents, customer records, business or bank details, attachments, emails, payment card details, Sign in with Apple identity or IDFA in this integration. It does not decide your subscription access. It does not send these measurement records to Meta or use them to display advertisements inside the app.
Cloudflare processes the dedicated reporting service and database for OFSYRA. Apple provides attribution and signed purchase verification services. Network services necessarily process technical connection information, including the network address, to deliver requests. Application request-body logging is disabled, and network addresses are not written to the measurement database. Cloudflare's network processing can take place outside the UK; its privacy and data protection information is available at Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Apple's information is at Apple Privacy Policy.
Measurement records are kept for up to 90 days. The app keeps its consent choice, random references and a bounded queue of unsent signed purchases locally, outside your invoice database, with device file protection and exclusion from backup. Queued purchases expire after 30 days. The company report is private to authorised OFSYRA account access; it is not a public customer list.
Turning the switch off stops new collection, clears queued purchases and requests deletion of the records linked to this app installation. The app retains the reference needed to retry deletion if it is offline or the service is unavailable. Reopen the app online to allow that retry. Account deletion in the app also requests this installation's measurement deletion. If you allowed measurement on other devices, turn it off on those devices too; measurement references are not linked through your Apple sign-in identity. Uninstalling alone cannot send a deletion request; remaining service records expire under the 90-day limit. Already exported company reports contain aggregated results, not your raw purchase record.
